How TOLD CHAIN works.

What’s a TOLD?

A TOLD is a person-to-person recommendation about a Person, Event, Business or Activity, supported by the story or experience behind it.

Discover a recommendation, understand the story behind it, and choose whether to act on it or carry it forward.

01

Find a story

Explore public stories without an account. Discover someone’s experience, an event, a business or an activity worth telling others about.

02

Follow or share it

Create your profile to follow a TOLD. Share it with someone who might care, then return to see its updates.

03

Start your own

TOLD BANK privately holds a recommendation and its story until the TELLER is ready to share it. Review the recommendation and its context before publishing.

What do TELLER and RUNNER mean?

A TELLER starts a recommendation and explains why. A RUNNER carries that TOLD to someone else. You can explore first and decide how to participate later.

Would you carry this TOLD?

The optional scorecard on a published TOLD lets you express clarity, interest and willingness to share. It offers your chosen next action. Answers are feedback, not proof of accuracy, completed actions or reward eligibility.

How to carry a TOLD forward

A RUNNER helps a story travel by passing its link to other people. Choose any TOLD that matters to you, whenever you’re ready.

  1. Choose a story. Open TOLD STORIES and select a TOLD you want to carry.
  2. Register for that TOLD. Tap PICK UP THE TOLD TORCH and complete the registration. Follow any verification instructions shown.
  3. Get the story’s link. Sign in with your registration email, return to the TOLD and tap Share to create your personal link.
  4. Pass it on. Choose WhatsApp, Messages or another app. If the link is copied, paste it into your message and send it to someone who might care.

Choosing the RUNNER role does not select a story for you. You can explore now and share later.

Sign in before sharing to get a personal link. My chain shows its recorded openings and email-confirmed RUNNER registrations. Sharing does not activate your RUNNER position or confirm a reward.
